· Course Access: If a participant has not accessed the course content (including videos, quizzes, etc.), they are eligible for a full refund if the refund request is made within 3 days of purchase.
· Technical Issues: If a participant experiences technical issues that prevent them from accessing the course and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within 10 business days, they may be eligible for a full refund.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
· Course Completion: No refunds will be issued if a participant has started or completed the course, regardless of the time frame.
· Downloaded Materials: Once course materials (e.g., notes) have been downloaded, they are considered non-refundable.
· Time-Limited Promotions: Courses purchased during a time-limited promotion or discount are non-refundable, except in cases of technical issues or content errors as described above.
3. Refund Process
· Requesting a Refund: Participants must submit a refund request by contacting our customer support team at info@indocert.earth within the specified refund period. The request should include the order number, course name, and reason for the refund.
· Refund Approval: Refund requests will be reviewed and processed within 10 business days of receipt. Participants will be notified via email whether the refund has been approved or denied.
· Refund Method: Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 15 business days for the refund to be processed and reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
4. Refund Exceptions
· Force Majeure: Refunds will not be issued if access to the course is interrupted or delayed due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, or other force majeure events.
